Create Encounter

An Encounter records each patient’s visit with a doctor, including consultation notes, prescriptions, and services used. Receptionists can create and manage encounters before handing over to the doctor.

• Go to Encounters → New Encounter.
• Select patient + doctor + service.
• Save encounter to open doctor consultation session.
